Boot Camp H2O aquatic fitness is a HIGH INTENSITY water fitness program that provides the benefits of a pool, with little to no impact on joints and expands lung capacity, as well as the benefits of weight and resistance training of a traditional gym.

Currently located in Los Angeles, this program is UNIQUE because it is a rigorous cross-training of swimming, water polo, water aerobics, modified plyometrics, and traditional strength and cardiovascular exercises. Unlike many water based fitness programs that target mainly senior citizens and people recovering from injury, Boot Camp H2O sets new standards in water-based fitness that CHALLENGES swimmers of all ages and physical shape. Whether you are a recreational swimmer or you have an extensive aquatic background, the hour-long session will PUSH YOU TO YOUR LIMIT.

We are an aquatic fitness program that brings together the best of water and land training techniques to help you achieve your goals.

First, we all know cardiovascular training is important for your heart, but did you know that our aquatic fitness program will help you to impove your lung capacity! Why is this important? As we grow older and by the time reach our 70s our lung capacity is half what it used to be. This may result in lung diseases like pneumonia, which is a major killer in the elderly. Building your heart strength and improving your lung performance now will help you in the later years of life. Training allows you to enjoy a strong healthy body now and in the future.

Our aquatic fitness training directly focuses on building your heart and lungs with under water and stamina exercises, like treading water and jump ups. Boot Camp H2O's water fitness training is also much easier on your joints than most land-based Boot Camp's allowing you to continue your progress without the risk of injuries.

Second, strength training is also important because building muscle mass increases your basal metabolic rate, which means you BURN MORE CALORIES, and burning calories helps you lose weight and get lean. In Boot Camp H2O water fitness trains you with plyometrics, elastic resistance devices, and weights, both in and out of the water to help improve your core strength and overal health!
