There aren't too many things that would get me to the pool twice a week at 6 am, but BootCamp H20 is one of them. This class is challenging but still allows me to feel successful. The routines are varied and target different muscle groups very comprehensively at each session. We really compete only with ourselves, but get good energy and support from the other students. Lana and Igor are knowledgeable, experienced instructors who can praise you and push you at the same time! After a class I go to work energized and focused. I've increased my endurance and strength in just a few weeks. I stand taller, move more easily and feel trimmer. My head and my body really love this class! D. Posner |
Lana and Igor have created a very challenging and rewarding class. Each class is completely different and caters to the individual. They make sure to give each student individualize attention to make sure they get the most out of every workout. The group environment allows for camaraderie and motivation. I have had 2 surgeries on my left knee so the water is the perfect environment for my exercise. Running puts too much strain on my joints. Boot Camp H2O allows me to get an aggressive cardio and strength workout without the stress on my knee. I would highly recommend this course. Nicole M. |

Building your heart strength and your lung volume now will help you to move into the later years with a healthy outlook. Training allows you to enjoy a strong healthy body now and in the future.
Our aquatic fitness training directly focuses on building your heart and lungs with under water and stamina exercises, like treading water and jump ups. Boot Camp H2O's water fitness training is also much easier on your joints than most land based Boot Camp's allowing you to continue your progress without creating injuries.
Second, strength training is also important as building muscle mass increases your basal metabolic rate, which means your BURN MORE CALORIES, which helps you lose weight and get lean. In Boot Camp H2O water fitness trains you with plyometrics, elastic resistance devices and weights, both in and out of the water to help improve your core strength!
