"I can't say how happy this workout makes me! It's so different from whatever you're doing at the gym, and it's really hard to fake or half ass your workout with the element of water involved. If you stop kicking-- you're going under. Of course you can always take breaks when you need them, but since you're in the water you really only take what your body requires. Jump squats are something I can't do on land (without paying for it later), in water I can do them properly and effectively with zero impact on my joints. Yea! I take the beginner/advanced class so the students have a range of abilities. If you're competitive there will probably be someone there to push you, if you're not you can work at your own pace. Igor and Lana are creative, knowledgeable, and consistent, but this class is for strong swimmers. Your first class is free I highly recommend you give it a try!"
"Excellent workout! I've done bootcamps before, but never in the water. This was BY FAR the best workout activity I've done. I'm hooked. Already scheduled several more workouts."
"Awesome workout! Igor is amazing...he pushes me and after I finish I feel energetic, happy, my anxiety levels way down and I sleep like a baby! Highly recommended."
"This isn't your grandma's water aerobics. It's a tough, cardio filled, full body workout. It's an hour of interesting, fun, and often difficult exercises that you'll still feel the effects of two days later. If you want to challenge yourself physically and mentally....and you love the water, this is definitely the class for you!"

"Boot Camp H20 is a great alternative to traditional boot camps or lap swimming. It's the one form of exercise that works me to the point of total exhaustion AND makes me want come back and do it again. Each class is never the same. I love the variety and my joints love that so much of the class is done in water. The instructor Igor is motivational without being overbearing. I like that he makes suggestions on modifications for many of the exercises to prevent injury. The first class is free so everyone should try it at least once!"
