There aren't too many things that would get me to the pool twice a week at 6 am, but Boot Camp H20 is one of them.

This class is challenging but still allows me to feel successful. The routines are varied and target different muscle groups very comprehensively at each session. We really compete only with ourselves, but get good energy and support from the other students. Lana and Igor are knowledgeable, experienced instructors who can praise you and push you at the same time!

After a class I go to work energized and focused. I've increased my endurance and strength in just a few weeks. I stand taller, move more easily and feel trimmer. My head and my body really love this class!

Lana and Igor have created a very challenging and rewarding class. Each class is completely different and caters to the individual. They make sure to give each student individualize attention to make sure they get the most out of every workout. The group environment allows for camaraderie and motivation.

I have had 2 surgeries on my left knee so the water is the perfect environment for my exercise. Running puts too much strain on my joints. Boot Camp H2O allows me to get an aggressive cardio and strength workout without the stress on my knee. I would highly recommend this course.
