This class is challenging but still allows me to feel successful.
There aren't too many things that would get me to the pool twice a week at 6 am, but BootCamp H20 is one of them.
The routines are varied and target different muscle groups very comprehensively at each session. We really compete only with ourselves, but get good energy and support from the other students. Lana and Igor are knowledgeable, experienced instructors who can praise you and push you at the same time!
After a class I go to work energized and focused. I've increased my endurance and strength in just a few weeks. I stand taller, move more easily and feel trimmer. My head and my body really love this class!

YES, it is that good!
I have completed my first 8-week session; am in the midst of the pre-holiday mini session; and already signed up for January - YES, it is that good!
But this is not your momma's 'water aerobics' so be prepared to work out! Igor, Dana and Lana are young, amiable, drill instructors - not berating but encouraging.
I am 3 months post-knee surgery and my physical therapist believes that this workout is speeding up my recovery.

The class still kicks my butt!
If you told me 6 months ago that I would still be getting up at 5:40 AM, 3 days week, putting myself through various forms of torture, and LOVING IT, I would have told you you were crazy.
The class still kicks my butt every time, it gets harder and easier at the same time, and I'm in the best shape I've been in ages.
I've lost weight, and mad e some real changes in my body shape, and the added ringing endorsement -- I just skied for a week straight and was never sore. Plus my kids love that I "go to swimming" the same place that they do.
Thanks SO much. You've helped me to love getting up early and exercising.

Lana and Igor have created a very challenging and rewarding class.
Each class is completely different and caters to the individual. They make sure to give each student individualize attention to make sure they get the most out of every workout. The group environment allows for camaraderie and motivation.
I have had 2 surgeries on my left knee so the water is the perfect environment for my exercise. Running puts too much strain on my joints. Boot Camp H2O allows me to get an aggressive cardio and strength workout without the stress on my knee. I would highly recommend this course.

Great workout!
The workouts guided by Igor, Lana, and Dana are sure to challenge anyone. It is a fantastic low-impact, high-intensity workout.

Awesome Workout!!
I am a former swimmer but it has been over 10 years since I was seriously active.
Recovering from multiple back surgeries (L4-L5) and a cervical spine injury so I was looking for something that was challenging but that was also low impact. Wow!! Did I hit the jackpot!
So far each class has been different so I feel like I am working all parts of my body with the major emphasis on my core. Before starting the class I was having severe lower back and neck inflammation and pain.
To my surprise (because this is a hard, kick ass workout) my back and neck feel better. It is great physical therapy! I highly recommend this class to anyone who has been held back due to injury...
if you aren't a strong swimmer don't be afraid to sign up for the beginner class until you get stronger in the pool. You won't regret it. 10x better than the physical therapy I am getting thru my medical insurance! Looking forward to getting in shape and getting my life back! Awesome!

Challenging, sometimes even frustrating, but always worth it!
I've been with Boot Camp H2O since July 2010 and the mere fact that I continue to go should speak loud and clear as to how good this class is.
I've had a lot of health issues in the past (knee, foot, etc) and was on the lookout for an exercise routine that was highly effective but low on impact.
I go to bootcamp 3 times a week (at 6am which is a struggle for this particular night owl but you gotta do what you gotta do, right?) and they always change it up. There are days when I feel great and on top of the world (when we concentrate on arm strength or get to wear fins!) and there are days where I know I have a lot of room for improvement (I'm afraid I can't hold my breath very long and I dread using kickboards!) but I love the challenge and I've certainly noticed a difference in my energy level and in my body.
There are two levels of classes: beginner and intermediate/advanced so there is something for everyone (seriously, don't be scared away if you aren't a regular swimmer, Igor and Lana cater the classes to the participants). So if you are looking for an engaging, intense, satisfying workout, then I highly recommend H2O Bootcamp!
