A Great High-Intensity Low-Impact Aquatic Fitness Work-Out

You must be able to swim with your face in the water 100 yards (4 lengths of a pool); dive down 7 feet in water; and be able to tread water.

Boot Camp H2O aquatic fitness is a HIGH INTENSITY water fitness program that provides the benefits of a pool, with little to no impact on joints and expands lung capacity, as well as the benefits of weight and resistance training of a traditional gym.

Currently located in Los Angeles, this program is UNIQUE because it is a rigorous cross-training of swimming, water polo, water aerobics, modified plyometrics, and traditional strength and cardiovascular exercises.
